Workplace Bullying Coaching

12-week coaching and training program

When I was being bullied at work as a junior surgeon and a newly-qualified family doctor, I dreaded going in to work.

I used to struggle to sleep the night before and I'd even panic about it on a Saturday in advance of work on a Monday when I had the weekend off. What fresh hell would the perpetrator(s) unleash on me when I was next there?

On the mornings before I went in to work, I'd feel sick and that feeling would only multiply as I entered the hospital and increase even further as I stepped on to my ward.

Once I was on the ward, I felt like I didn't know what I was doing. I didn't deserve to be there. Who was I to presume I could be a doctor? They had caused those thoughts, that plummet in my confidence.
