Wellbeing - the bedrock to a happy, healthy and successful life
Getting the basics right will create a solid bedrock for good mental and physical health and the rest will follow 💪🏼
Some of the techniques I advocate and teach include:
Adhering to the ‘Five Ways to Wellness’ (activity, mindfulness, connectedness, giving and learning)
Sleeping and eating well
Limiting social media time
Practising self-care, self-compassion and self-forgiveness
Practising gratitude
Having meaning and purpose in life
Living by your core values
Developing a growth mindset
Increasing your emotional intelligence
All of these wellbeing concepts form the basis of my mindset and confidence coaching, workplace bullying coaching and 'Kindness in Leadership' training.
