Wellbeing - the bedrock to a happy, healthy and successful life

Getting the basics right will create a solid bedrock for good mental and physical health and the rest will follow 💪🏼

Some of the techniques I advocate and teach include:

  • Adhering to the ‘Five Ways to Wellness’ (activity, mindfulness, connectedness, giving and learning)

  • Sleeping and eating well

  • Limiting social media time

  • Practising self-care, self-compassion and self-forgiveness

  • Practising gratitude

  • Having meaning and purpose in life

  • Living by your core values

  • Developing a growth mindset

  • Increasing your emotional intelligence

All of these wellbeing concepts form the basis of my mindset and confidence coaching, workplace bullying coaching and 'Kindness in Leadership' training.
